Cuban Pork Sandwich

A tasty combination of smoked pork and smoked ham topped with swiss cheese, dill pickles and whole grain honey mustard grilled together on sourdough bread.

Served on sourdough bread prepared with crispy manga bacon, tomatoes, lettuce and topped with garlic mayo and cracked pepper.

3 flour tortillas dressed with smoked pork, cotija cheese, pickles onions, shredded lettuce, cilantro and lime, then covered with chipotle aioli.

We are located in upstate NY. The farm is on 5 acres right outside of the Village of Hilton.

Steve and Alyssa Trombley, who both served in the military and attended Cornell University, are the owners and operators of the family-run Braided Acres. Alyssa is a USAF veteran and owner of Braided Acres Mangalitsa Pig Farm.
